Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Volume: Approximately 1-2 patients per hour Job Description We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who has already worked in an outpatient setting and is comfortable managing orthopedic patients from evaluation through discharge. - Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment needs
- Develop practical goals based on the patient's condition and daily activities
- Provide exercise-based orthopedic rehabilitation
- Address strength, flexibility, mobility, and movement control
- Use hands-on techniques when appropriate for the patient
- Check progress and change treatment when needed
- Review and update home exercise programs
- Educate patients about movement and activity during recovery
- Complete progress notes and other required documentation
- Prepare patients for discharge when therapy goals have been met
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) License
- DPT or MSPT Degree
- Previous outpatient PT experience
- Experience with orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
