VIP Account Manager Needed in ShanghaiYTX group was founded in 2011, is one of the largest and fastest-growing spot commodities electronic trading services providers in China, our main business: exchange trading channel, software system, research and consulting, precious metal material trade, our core business is to provide clients with one-stop precious metals trading services.We’re mainly engaged in Tianjin precious metals trading center and Guangdong precious metals trading center, we now have stock spot copper, aluminum, spot silver, spot nickel, palladium and platinum six trades services, and will have more in the future.At present, our group has 4 subsidiaries in Tianjin, Guangdong, and Shanghai (2 in Shanghai)Now, for the development of our company in Shanghai, we’re looking for 3 VIP Account ManagersJob Title: VIP Account ManagerOffice: Building B, Zhenhua Enterprise Square, No.3261, Dongfang Road, Pudong New Area, ShanghaiResponsibility：1. Responding inquiries from customers, recording inquiries and complaints of customers, and giving feedback according to relevant regulations and procedure; 2. Actively and professionally consult for customers, maintaining customer relations; 3. Figure out customer’s intention and demand, and report to line manager; 4. Supply comprehensive solution and information to fix customer’s issue; 5. Supply service patiently, considerately, and precisely.Salary and benefit related: Negotiable(login to view email)
