Position Overview
We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and make an immediate impact. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, support recovery, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity and respect.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team
- Monitor residents, track changes in condition, and document accurately
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapy teams to support care plans
- Educate residents and families
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation in EMR
- Assist with supervision and support of CNAs
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN license (state of employment)
- New grads welcome; experience in LTC or rehab preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a resident-first approach
- BLS/CPR required
