Pulmonology/Critical Care Location: Lebanon, PA Employment Type: PRN What You?ll Champion: Deliver high-quality critical care management for adult patients in an 18-bed ICU, collaborating closely with intensivists and a multidisciplinary care team. Perform advanced bedside procedures, including central line placement, arterial lines, and intubations, while providing timely interventions for critically ill patients. Lead the admission, ongoing management, and discharge planning of ICU patients, ensuring seamless, patient-centered care throughout their hospitalization. Practice with a high degree of autonomy during night coverage while exercising sound clinical judgment and partnering with physician colleagues as needed. Qualifications Minimum Education: Masters Degree For Nurse Practitioner. Required or Bachelors Degree For Physician Assistant. Required Masters Degree For Physician Assistant. Preferred Work Experience: 1 year Relevant experience.
