ERP Specialist

Concept2, a global market leader in the design and manufacture of fitness ergometers and composite racing oars, is seeking a solutions-oriented ERP Specialist. Working closely with our ERP Lead, this position will support the daily operation and continued global implementation of our Abas ERP system. Successful Concept2 employees combine self-sufficiency and personal accountability with strong teamwork skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Abas ERP users across global operations
• Troubleshoot system and business-process issues
• Assist with ERP configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and improvements
• Support implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, training, and post-launch support
• Partner globally with teams across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and customer service
• Develop and maintain reports, documentation, procedures, and training materials
• Support user access, permissions, master data, and data quality
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and outside technical partners as needed

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

• 3-5 years of experience supporting, administering, or implementing an ERP system
• Experience with Abas ERP strongly preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, sales, or finance processes
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical users
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and locations
• Experience with integrations and coding
• Experience with JAVA or Groovy is a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally

Compensation for this position consists of a salary range of $70,000-$100,000, depending on experience, plus participation in a quarterly variable wage program that is based on company and employee performance, which adds significantly to total compensation.
