Qualifications (Required and Preferred)

- Makes referrals for academic support services including the Writing Center, Math tutorial Lab, or for accommodations. Makes referrals to Financial Aid and the Circle of Support for non-academic barriers to success.
- Tracking student progress, identifying trends, and using data to inform program improvements aimed at increasing student success.
- Attends departmental and committee meetings and supports the faculty in developing departmental policies regarding student success.
- Providing resources and guidance to help students prepare for the NCLEX licensing exam.
- Implementing strategies to encourage student engagement, foster a positive learning environment, and address potential barriers to graduation.

- RETIREMENT: Temple College is one of the few community colleges in the state of Texas to be permitted Federal Social Security deductions. Temple College is a Section 218 employer.
