Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Seattle, WA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Seattle/Tacoma/Spokane region to drive demand generation and expand patient access in rheumatology. The role combines strategic account planning, stakeholder relationship-building, and sales execution across specialty pharmacy and infusion networks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging customer and market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
- Engage key stakeholders across assigned geography through in-person and virtual engagement
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on schedule
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated rheumatology sales expertise strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Territory and account strategy planning experience
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and internal stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Residency within assigned Seattle/Tacoma/Spokane territory
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base salary
