Ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently, overseeing computer‑based and on‑the‑job training and upholding policies on attendance, safety, and uniform standards. Key Responsibilities Provide store‑level leadership to teammates through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management. Manage the financial health of the store: sales, inventory control, cash control, marketing, guest satisfaction, and full profit & loss responsibility. Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques, and retention strategies. Create teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage for business needs. Set the example for exceptional guest service, including resolution of guest complaints. Ensure building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained. Attend or conduct store safety and policy meetings. Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience a plus. Experience with and driven results for a profit & loss center. Ability to motivate and inspire teammates. Effective communication with guests and all organizational levels. Willingness to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
