As a Server Assistant, you are a vital part of the front of house team — supporting servers in delivering seamless, high-quality service by keeping tables clean and reset, maintaining service areas, and ensuring the dining room is always stocked and guest-ready. This is a great entry point into fine dining hospitality for someone who is a reliable team player and takes pride in contributing to an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do Guest Experience & Service Support Assist servers in delivering efficient, courteous, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or needs as they arise Maintain a positive, calm, and diplomatic demeanor in all guest and team member interactions Operations & Standards Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly between and during guest service Sanitize countertops, tables, chairs, and service areas throughout each shift Clean and organize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment Prepare bar and service equipment to be ready for the next shift Stock all wares and equipment needed for service Dispose of empty cans and glass bottles in the appropriate containers Conduct food and beverage inventory per AATMOS standards Follow all AATMOS standard operating procedures and service standards Requirements What We're Looking For Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required Skills & Abilities Strong communication and teamwork skills with a reliable, professional demeanor Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced fine dining environment Physical & Schedule Requirements Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and move continuously throughout each shift and lift up to 50 lbs Summary Medical insurance Discounted vision and dental insurance Employee hotel travel program with discounted rooms across the AATMOS portfolio Paid time off, vacation pay, and sick pay ZayZoon daily pay — access your earned wages when you need them Opportunities for career growth within a growing hospitality group At AATMOS, we're committed to a positive, inclusive workplace where passionate hospitality professionals can thrive and grow.
