Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Executive Assistant, Marketing & Digital, provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior Marketing and Digital leaders while helping drive coordination across the broader organization. This role serves as a key connector across teams, managing complex priorities, anticipating needs and helping ensure the organization operates efficiently and effectively. In addition to executive support, this role project manages the Marketing and Digital go-to-market calendar, partnering cross-functionally to understand key milestones, timelines, dependencies and deliverables and helping ensure smooth, consistent execution across initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting and departmental communications
• Project manage the Marketing and Digital go-to-market calendar, coordinating key milestones, timelines, dependencies and deliverables across cross-functional partners
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Creative, Merchandising and other teams to maintain visibility to priorities, identify potential risks and help keep initiatives on track
• Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, spreadsheets, charts and other business documents
• Support budget management and tracking, including invoice reconciliation and coordination with Finance
• Anticipate leader and departmental needs, proactively identifying solutions and helping drive follow-through
• Coordinate meetings and key working sessions, including agendas, materials, action items and follow-ups as needed
• Support company associate programs and departmental initiatives
• Manage departmental administrative needs, including office supplies and related coordination
• Lead and support special projects as assigned

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including experience supporting VP/SVP-level leadership
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects, timelines or go-to-market processes preferred
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working within Marketing, Digital, Retail or a similarly fast-paced environment preferred

• Strong time-management and follow-through skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the aptitude to quickly learn new software and systems
