Behavioral Health Case Manager

Operation PAR, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to join our Largo, Florida team. This regular full-time position supports individuals with substance use and mental health needs, coordinating care across programs and connecting clients with MAT, detox, and outpatient services. The role emphasizes compassionate communication, timely documentation, and adherence to organization policies. A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least one year of behavioral health experience; CPR and First #J-18808-Ljbffr
