Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2448.00/week -

Job Summary:

Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely and effective interventions in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, utilizing clinical judgment and diagnostic tools.
  
  
• 
  Administer emergency treatments, including IV starts, phlebotomy, and cardiac monitoring.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
  
  
• 
  Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in the EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN licensure with at least 1 year of emergency department experience.
  
  
• 
  Current BLS and ACLS certifications; TNCC, ENPC, and CPI preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
  
  
• 
  Experience with cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, and emergency procedures.
  
  
• 
  Outgoing, positive personality with strong clinical judgment.
