You'll work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Your schedule is steady and reliable-no late nights or surprise shifts. As an HVAC Supervisor, you'll start each day by making sure your team of 6 to 8 technicians knows their jobs for the day. You'll plan out the schedule, handle dispatching, and help solve any problems that come up.
