Position Summary Provide comprehensive patient care to members by accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members about health care and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information. Deliver exceptional member service, resolve complaints, and enforce compliance with company and legal policies. Responsibilities Process and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently. Administer immunizations and counsel members on medication use. Maintain confidential member and medication records in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Enforce member service approaches, provide guidance to associates, and mentor peers. Analyze reports, monitor loss prevention and safety controls, and execute action plans. Participate in safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews. Promote a culture of belonging, respect, integrity, and customer focus. Minimum Qualifications BS in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent. Current pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, state pharmacy association). Preferred Qualifications None specified.
