Your Role on the Team Provide program management, coordination, administration, and oversight for a portfolio of cancer research and training initiatives. Support the full lifecycle of grants and programs, including application support, implementation, tracking, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Coordinate education and workforce development programs across the cancer career continuum (high school through faculty), ensuring alignment with institutional and CCSG priorities. Maintain systems for program tracking, data collection, and outcomes reporting, including trainee progression, research outputs, and funding impacts. Requirements Strong experience in program coordination, project management, or research administration in an academic or clinical research environment. Knowledge of grant processes and funding mechanisms (e.g., NIH training grants, research supplements). Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret program data to support reporting, evaluation, and decision‑making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and coordinate across multidisciplinary stakeholders. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. Preferred Experience with high‑level coordination, program management, and educational training. Experience working within a cancer center, academic medical center, or research‑intensive environment. Experience supporting interdisciplinary collaborations and large‑scale, matrixed organizational structures. Knowledge of CCSG requirements, training grant reporting, and compliance documentation processes. Compensation and Benefits $5,966.67 monthly (exempt from overtime).
