What You'll Do * Support production of precast concrete products from setup through shipment* Set up and prepare molds/forms (clean, assemble, apply release agents)* Place reinforcing materials (rebar, wire mesh, embeds) per specifications* Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete* Support curing process and strip finished products from molds* Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, marking/stenciling)* Cut and tie wire/rebar as needed for reinforcement* Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment* Keep work area clean and organized* Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE What You'll Need * Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and kneeling) for extended periods* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic* Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed* Ability to work well on a team to meet production goals* Basic math and reading skills (measurements, simple drawings)* Attention to detail and commitment to safety* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn* Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred Your Education 1.
