Maintenance Technician — Urgently hiring in Springfield! Job Title: Maintenance Technician Pay: $21–$23/hour (DOE) Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Looking for a hands-on maintenance role where your skills make an immediate difference? Join a reputable property management team in Springfield, Oregon, as a Maintenance Technician and help keep apartment turnover projects running smoothly. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support unit turns and general maintenance for two properties located in Springfield. You'll work independently at times but also as part of a team that values reliability, communication, and quality work. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Completing apartment turnover prep and punch-list items Painting (touch-ups, walls/trim, basic prep) Drywall patching/repair Changing out blinds and handling basic unit-ready tasks Supporting general maintenance needs as they come up (Preferred) Assisting with pool testing (if experienced) What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed Basic maintenance experience (property maintenance/turnover experience is a plus) Pool testing knowledge Why Join Us in Springfield?
