Supply And Equipment DeliveryReceive and deliver all supplies and equipment to departments, patients and personnel and assist in the delivery and pick up of food and/or supplies for special events or meetings. Uphold the organization's vision, mission, and corporate values. Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with organization's policies, procedures, code of conduct and work rules.Essential Functions:Receive orders for supplies and equipment from departments and clinics and disburse accordinglyCommunicate information regarding backorder situation and/or inefficient inventory to responsible parties and perform necessary follow-upMaintain adequate levels of inventory in Central Supply areaAssist personnel with processing incoming inventory, check packing slips for accuracy and complete necessary documentation when discrepancies occur and prepare items for return shipments in conjunction with the user department and purchasingAssist Social Services with the transport of bodiesServe as backup for switchboard and patient transport personnelPerform other duties as assignedPersonal Traits:All Norton Sound Health Corporation employees are expected to consistently demonstrate the organization's values: integrity, cultural sensitivity and respect for traditional values, continual learning and improving, compassion, teamwork and pride.
