Growing together.Primary ResponsibilitiesImplement end-to-end features and user stories, including analysis, design, development, validation, deployment, and post-deployment supportDesign, code, test, and debug Java applications following best practices to ensure high performance, security, and maintainabilityDevelop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs in a distributed architectureCollaborate within Agile development teams to plan, deliver, and continuously improve software solutionsApply security principles and industry best practices when designing and building secure applications and APIsContribute to the design and adoption of architectural patterns, including Domain-Driven DesignWork with relational databases to design, query, and optimize data modelsBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworksTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in development, test, and production environmentsLeverage AI tools (including Copilot and related AI Builder tools) to enhance development productivity and efficiencyDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration across teamsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum 6+ years of hands-on software development experience using Java technologies (Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot), with exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as React.jsMinimum 6+ years of experience working on modern software engineering technologies, with a strong focus on API developmentMinimum 4+ years of experience working with messaging systems such as Kafka, JMS, or similar event-driven frameworksMinimum 4+ years of experience working with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or similar platformsMinimum 3+ years of experience in cloud-native development using platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and working with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)Minimum 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsMinimum 3+ years of experience working with relational databasesProven experience in developing microservices architectures and secure RESTful APIsProven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practicesDemonstrated ability to effectively use AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve productivityPreferred QualificationsExperience with real-time systems and high-throughput data processingExperience troubleshooting and resolving production issues in distributed systemsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 per hour based on full-time employment.
