Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Overview Thriveworks is a clinician‑founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states. We are looking for Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Annapolis, MD. Qualifications Fully and independently licensed as a LCSW‑C in Maryland. Licensed and living in the state in which the practice will be located. Responsibilities Provide a minimum of 25 sessions per week. Complete session notes within 24 hours. Work collaboratively with the team and pursue professional development. Be open to seeing couples and/or children as a behavioral health generalist. Maintain integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care. Potential to grow into leadership or supervisory roles. Compensation & Benefits Up to $112,200 per year depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Guaranteed pay and bonus opportunities. Paid orientation. PTO. Annual pay increases. Flexibility with schedule 7 am–10 pm, seven days a week. No‑show protection. Full clinical caseload established within first 90 days after credentialing.
