Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery (L&D) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients during labor and delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.
- Assisting with labor management and delivery processes.
- Providing education and support to patients and families.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Performing advanced fetal monitoring as required.
Shift Information
- Scheduled for 36 hours per week with 24 hours guaranteed.
- Shift time: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
- Floating to similar units may be required.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 24 months of recent Labor & Delivery experience within the last 12 months.
- Current certifications including Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from recognized providers.
- Clear state license to practice nursing without any hits.
- Valid driver's license to confirm residency.
- Must be able to start on the specified start date or within one week.
- Available to work weekends as determined by the facility.
- No time off (RTO) requests exceeding 7 days and no RTO during the first week of assignment.

- Updated resume listing all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds.
- L&D skills checklist completed within the last 12 months.
- Verified active license and certifications.
- Documented travel experience is highly preferred.
