Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: East Chicago, IN
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Job Description: Join the team in East Chicago, Indiana, providing exceptional inpatient rehabilitation services. This role offers the opportunity to explore Lake Michigan's beaches and enjoy proximity to downtown Chicago.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapy interventions for neuro and orthopedic patient populations.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
- Experience with adult populations preferred.
- Flexibility to float between two facilities as needed.
