Position Summary
Under the direction of the Logistics Operations Manager, the Box Truck Driver is responsible for material and equipment deliveries and returns. 

Qualifications
Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 
Certificates/Licenses: Valid driver’s license. Satisfactory driving record. Class B CDL is required. 
Physical Job Requirements: Required to sit, stand and move throughout company facilities. Must be able to perform job responsibilities in an industrial, construction site and general outdoor environment around heavy machinery and equipment. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills: This position requires knowledge of commonly used mechanical terms, tools, concepts and practices; and knowledge of industry safety practices, procedures and equipment.
Personal/Interpersonal Competencies: This position requires the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment, the ability to make commitments and be willing to be held accountable against them, the ability to organize workloads to meet deadlines, the adaptability to accept change when needed, the ability to excel in a team environment and advance overall team objectives, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in products and service. 

Key Activities
1.    Deliveries. Load work vehicles with material and equipment. Deliver in accordance with directions. Assist in unloading of deliveries. 
2.    Material Handling. Operate forklift to transport material within the warehouse.
3.    Participate in the development and implementation of Company best practices. 
4.    General Warehouse. Assist in miscellaneous warehouse duties as needed.
5.    Trailering. Capable of trailering items to and from job sites.
