We are seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Claims Representative III to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex property damage and bodily injury claims arising from transit operations. This role is responsible for independently managing a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional service, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving timely claim resolution.

The Property & Casualty Claims Representative III is an advanced-level claims professional responsible for handling complex automobile liability, property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of approximately 150–175 claim files involving multiple claimants and exposures, with claim values typically reserved at $25,000 or greater. This role requires strong investigative skills, sound judgment, effective negotiation abilities, and experience handling higher-severity liability claims through resolution.
