Family Medicine Physician | $100K Loan Repayment + Sign-On Bonus + Supportive Team
Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado . This is a rewarding opportunity to join a growing teamsupported by a financially stable, nationally recognized healthcare organization that prioritizes innovation, physician well-being, and exceptional patient care. Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends
- 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
- Limited shared call (phone consult only)
- Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support
- Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
Qualifications:
- 2 years post-residency experience in an outpatient primary care setting required
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one)
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

- Salary: $235,000-$265,000 (based on experience) plus incentives
