Overview Reform Physical Therapy is hiring for a full-time physical therapist at our Topsham, Brunswick, South Portland, and Eliot clinics. Reform Physical Therapy is a privately owned practice that treats solely in a one-on-one setting. We are in search of energetic and easygoing therapists who are looking to offer their patients the best quality care in a low-pressure, encouraging, and fun environment. Our ideal candidate will take pride in providing high-quality care, work well within a team, and represent Reform at infrequent community events. At Reform, work-life balance is held in high regard. Therapists" daily schedules are manageable, and patients are never double-booked, which allows ample time for documentation and provider communication. The clinics are bright and open, with enough space for exercising/stretching while also offering private rooms for those who prefer privacy. Therapists typically have their own space within the clinic so there is no need to move belongings from area to area. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy care in a team-based setting. Maintain manageable daily schedules with time allocated for documentation and provider communication. Represent Reform at community events as needed. Qualifications and Preferences Energetic and easygoing approach with a pride in delivering high-quality care.
