Treasury Analyst - Interim

Role Overview The Senior Treasury Analyst will lead efforts to investigate and resolve transaction-level discrepancies, perform data cleansing, and stabilize treasury-related processes. This is a hands-on role requiring strong reconciliation skills, root cause analysis, and the ability to operate independently with minimal onboarding. Success in this role depends on the ability to quickly understand transaction flows across cash, AR/AP, and banking interfaces, while implementing improvements to prevent recurring issues. What you'll do Review high-volume transaction activity and identify discrepancies between NetSuite and Bank of America treasury operations Perform detailed reconciliations and investigate exceptions across cash, AR, and AP-related transactions Lead data cleansing efforts to correct historical inaccuracies and ensure integrity of transaction data Identify root causes of data feed, mapping, or process issues impacting treasury and accounting workflows Partner with accounting, treasury, and systems stakeholders to resolve upstream and downstream issues Develop and implement improved processes, controls, and fail-safes to prevent recurring data issues Document findings, remediation steps, and process improvements Support ongoing cash tracking, reporting, and reconciliation stabilization efforts What you bring to the table 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounting operations, or cash management Strong experience with reconciliations, exception resolution, and transaction-level analysis Experience in high-volume transaction environments Hands-on experience with NetSuite Experience working with banking platforms or treasury operations (Bank of America highly preferable) Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and implement solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Katalyst Group
