The successful candidate will assist with a variety of administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining records, preparing reports and documents, coordinating office communications, and supporting office supply and inventory needs. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries, helping connect individuals with resources and information while ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional environment.
