We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef / Sous Chef to join a high-volume, upscale/fine-dining restaurant in Houston, TX . This is a great opportunity for a talented, hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in upscale or fine dining
• Strong high-volume, scratch-kitchen background
• Excellent culinary technique, quality, and presentation standards
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a culinary team
• Experience with food cost, labor, inventory, and ordering
• Strong organization and ability to execute during high-volume service
• Passion for hospitality and consistently delivering exceptional food
