Project Manager

Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and drive the successful execution of complex residential projects from design development through installation and closeout. This role is best suited for someone who is structured, proactive, and unflappable - a strong operator who brings clarity, follow-through, and momentum to projects and teams. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing schedules, documentation, coordination, and execution across multiple residential projects. This is a client-facing role that requires clear, confident and efficient communication with private clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members. In addition to project oversight, this role includes hands-on architectural production responsibilities, including construction documentation coordination and finish sourcing, in close collaboration with the design team and Principal. The PM is expected to be embedded in the project deeply, to ensure projects move forward smoothly, decisions are tracked and executed, and issues are addressed early and decisively. This role requires ownership, judgment, and the ability to problem solve and manage complexity without constant escalation.
