Challenges

• Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employees participation
• Plan prioritize coordinate supervise and review the activities in assigned areas
  • Fuel Yard / Chipping / Ground Wood
• Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets
• Ensures that unloading of Biomass and Chips are done in a safe and efficient manor
• Coordinate and organize priorities effectively
• Continually assess operational parameters with target KPI intervals
• Work with operation employees to optimize costs maintain desired quality
• Ensure operation stability
• Training and development of team members

Requirements

• Degree / Trade: Preferably in technical mechanical or forestry discipline
• 5 years plus of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environment
• Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered
• Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
