Who we're looking for
Experienced technicians who excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and are passionate about delivering high-quality, transparent auto care.
What we offer:
Flat rate is here!!! Up to $70 flat rate
- Competitive hourly pay: Up to $65 hourly pay or up to $70 flat rate based on years of experience!
- Performance bonus: Up to $10 per billable hour!

- A Tech: $8,000

As a Stress-Free Auto Care technician, you'll:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
- Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
- Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service
- Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement
We provide the tools, resources, and environment you need to succeed—so you can focus on doing what you do best.
Pay/years of experience breakdown:
- A Level: 7-10+ years of experience Up to $60 an hour
- B Level: 2-7 years of experience Up to $45 an hour
- Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience Up to $32 an hour
Physical requirements
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
- Efficiently navigate a computer
