In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for handling inventory, loading and unloading merchandise, and maintaining an organized workspace. We’re looking for detail-oriented, team-focused individuals who are committed to efficiency and upholding RC Willey’s high standards.**Key Responsibilities*** Receive, count and stock merchandise in staging areas or upon shelving* Load product into customers vehicles* Check - in and verify merchandise* Clear and stage product from carts* Bring in returned items from customer's vehicles* Keep working area clean* Examine and inspect merchandise for any damage and defects* All other duties as assigned**Skills and Qualifications*** Ability to lift up to 100 lbs* Ability to work in heights up to 40 feet* Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals* Must be at least 18 years old**Ready to join the team?**Working with us is more than just a paycheck– it’s about being part of an organization that values connection and community.
