Opportunity:

RN - Correctional Facility Nurse

Job Details:

• 26-week assignment
• Monday through Friday schedule with AM/PM rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM
• Self-scheduling model utilized for shift planning
• Holidays and weekends scheduled occasionally
• Overtime available
• Provide emergent and ongoing care to patients with significant medical needs
• Serve as care manager and patient care navigator for the facility's population
• Support a long-term care unit and palliative care program
• Ensure safety and continuity of care for the patient population in a medium custody 24/7 facility

The facility serves a patient population with significant and complex medical needs, requiring nurses to function as care managers and patient care navigators.
