CT Technologist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in operating advanced CT scanning equipment and the ability to work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans on patients while ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CT scanning equipment.
- Utilize EPIC computer software for patient tracking and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine patient needs and imaging requirements.
- Assist with patient preparation and positioning for scanning procedures.
Qualifications
- Certification by ARRT (CT) is required.
- Experience with GE scanners is preferred, particularly with the Revolution scanner platform.
- Previous experience in a Level 1 trauma center is advantageous.
- Ability to work weekends and float to free-standing emergency departments as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Schedule
This position requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Location
This position will be based in Union City, GA, with potential floating to multiple locations within the region.
