Pre-NOV relevant experience (years of service) may be considered for vacation accruals.All regular full-time employees receive up to 11 paid holidays per year.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide customers / subcontractors and customer suppliers with a single point-of-contact and assume the role of communications coordinator for assigned major projects, which includes coordinating within the various departments.Assure preparation of customer documents and project drawings are completed as required by the contract.Represent Company at customer / subcontractor coordination status meetings.Monitor all activities to assure costs and gross margins are met.Track and control the major components of project cost.Take responsibility for the overall project schedule.Follow administrative procedures as necessary to assure the success of the project.Negotiate settlement of all claims associated with the project.Monitor all project activities, report progress against plans and take corrective action as required to meet plans.Perform other work related tasks as assigned.Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES· Act as the primary liaison between the Order Management and Engineering teams to maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution priorities. · Monitor engineering deliverables to ensure design schedules are achieved and project timelines remain current and accurately communicated. · Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure long-lead and project-critical components are procured on schedule and expedited when necessary to support project milestones. · Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project status, schedules, technical issues, and key deliverables. · Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate customer meetings, internal project reviews, kickoff meetings, and progress meetings. · Track engineering and procurement action items to ensure timely completion and resolution of project issues. · Coordinate with Manufacturing and Operations to align production schedules with engineering releases and material availability. · Escalate schedule, cost, or resource risks to management and recommend corrective actions. · Ensure project schedules are updated regularly and distributed to all stakeholders. · Support field service planning by coordinating equipment readiness, documentation, and customer site requirements. · Foster strong communication between Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Service, and Sales to ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-04
