Location: Lake City, FL
Shift Options: Mixed & Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: Up to $45.90/hr + Night Differential

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Range: $30.60 – $45.90/hr DOE
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and emergency interventions
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and exceptional patient experiences

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• BLS, ACLS & PALS required within 30 days of start date
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and emergency response skills
