Assistant Manager

Overview Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join the team. This is a full-time or part-time permanent position. Responsibilities Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift Responsible for all store operations Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from customer-visible areas to back-of-house Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards Qualifications Ability to manage 3 to 30 employees during a shift Strong customer service and communication skills Judgement, math ability, and the capacity to multi-task Willingness to learn store operations and leadership responsibilities Benefits Fun working environment Flexible schedules Competitive wages Store discounts Free uniforms Domino's is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
