Responsibilities Assist the HR Department with daily functions, compliance reporting, and benefits administration. Administer FMLA, leaves of absence, and employee accommodations. Guide employees through benefits enrollment and wellness initiatives. Post job openings. Conduct introductory candidate interviews.i> Facilitate orientation programs for new hires and drivers. Handle EEO-1 data. Track I-9 verification. Process state separation notices. Conduct monthly driver reviews. Maintain personnel records. Provide backup switchboard coverage. Assist the HR Director with record requests and employment verifications. Skills Experience utilizing HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and electronic document management systems. Knowledge of AS/400 systems (preferred). Qualifications Associates degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent work experience. One to two years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a Generalist role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Fluency in English. Solid presentation skills. Strong communication abilities. Strict confidentiality. Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions.
