Job Description This position is part of TFC’s Construction Department, supporting project execution from pre-construction through project closeout. Design Review & Coordination Review and provide comments on architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior design drawings and specifications Coordinate with consultants to resolve construction issues and respond to RFIs Attend construction coordination meetings with consultants and trade subcontractors Pre-Construction & Procurement Develop and review trade-specific scopes of work, specifications, and technical documentation for bid packages Review subcontractor bids for scope and specification compliance; prepare bid comparison sheets to ensure full scope coverage Identify and evaluate potential new subcontractors Cost Management Prepare construction cost estimates throughout various phases of the project Review and process subcontractor change order requests Construction Administration & Field Oversight Monitor on-site construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with project documents Manage and lead MEP coordination meetings Review and coordinate shop drawings across multiple disciplines for accuracy and alignment with design documents Manage and track the shop drawing and subcontractor submittal process Project Controls & Closeout Review and approve subcontractor payment requisitions based on work completed Develop and manage project schedules and logistics plans for specific phases of construction Oversee DOB requirements and approvals, including TCO and CO Requirements 3–6 years of experience in high-rise residential or hotel construction Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Strong organizational and time management skills Highly detail-oriented Technical Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
