Seasonal Assistant

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Seasonal Assistant to support our team during the busy summer turnover season. This role is critical in preparing our units for mass move‑outs and move‑ins. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail‑oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Employment Details Employment Type: Temporary / Seasonal Duration: June – End of August Key Availability Dates: Full‑day availability required from July 25 – August 14 Responsibilities Assist the Community Manager and Maintenance Team with day‑to‑day turnover tasks Move, assemble, and disassemble furniture as needed Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs Paint and touch‑up unit interiors Clean and prepare units for incoming residents Complete basic administrative tasks and documentation Support general property upkeep and cleanliness Carry out other duties as assigned to ensure units are move‑in ready Requirements Must be available full days from July 25 – August 14 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
