Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of ABA treatment plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and creating individualized skill acquisition programs tailored to each client’s needs. The BCBA provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to behavior technicians and other clinical staff, ensuring treatment integrity and adherence to ethical standards. This role involves regular data review, progress monitoring, and adjustment of programming based on outcomes, as well as ongoing communication with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members. The BCBA participates in training, case review, and documentation activities to support high-quality, compliant services and a collaborative clinical culture.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and compliance with BACB ethical standards.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing data-driven behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and support behavior technicians and other team members in ABA service delivery.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and use of data to guide clinical decision-making and program modifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with caregivers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and evidence-based ABA practices in clinic or school-based settings.
- Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN, provide direct client support as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Familiarity with electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer proficiency.
- CPR/First Aid certification and any required state or local licenses for ABA practice (or willingness to obtain).
