Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bartending, beverage service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or tasting-room experience preferred
- Experience processing customer transactions
- Strong knowledge of beverage-service operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
- Current TIPS Certification and SERVSafe Alcohol Permit, or ability to obtain and maintain both
- Availability Thursday through Sunday
- Flexibility to work additional days or hours as needed
Job Duties:
- Serve Jack Daniel's expressions and signature cocktails responsibly
- Follow TIPS, SERVSafe, and regulatory requirements
- Engage guests and provide knowledgeable beverage service
- Support daily bar operations
- Operate and maintain bar equipment safely
- Stock beverages, supplies, and inventory
- Process purchases accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar area
- Deliver an authentic and memorable visitor experience
