NL Whole Health, a division of Intensive Specialty Hospital, provides compassionate and effective care to individuals struggling with substance abuse. We are currently seeking an experienced office manager to join our dynamic team.

The Office Manager is responsible for adminstrative duties for Whole Health. He/She will be responsible for using independent judgment and initiative in providing a wide range of adminstrative and management support fo rthe daily operations. Responsibilities may include answering calls, managing all sceduling for providers, admissions, and medical follow-up, assisting with intake/admission process, updating census reports, tacking all referrals, responible for all things related to insurance benefits and verifications, complete Medicad applications, completing weekly progress and drug screen reports and enduring those are sent out to the required referral sources, manage all credit card tansactions, making transportation arrangements and pick ups for lab, daily tracking for digital marketing, and will act as a liaison.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent, Associated Degreee or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in working in the field of behavioral health.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with computer programs to include proficiency with EHR, Microsoft Outlook, as well as overall competency with computer technology.
• Above averge written and verbal communication skills, planning skills problem solving skills, communicative and interpersonal skills.
• Minim of 2 years experience working with executives and/ot top management.
