Responsibilities Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including but not limited to: changing tablecloth, brushing chairs, placing chairs at table, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins Prepare and set all items needed in the restaurant for the preparation of food delivery Ensure that all menu items are prepared with exact detail before delivery. Make corrections as needed.
