• Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and systems using Microsoft Office and specialized software
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure data quality by conducting regular verification and validation checks
• Organize, file, and manage documents and records in both digital and physical formats to optimize accessibility
• Support administrative tasks including document preparation, photocopying, and correspondence management
• Collaborate with team members across departments to gather information and clarify data requirements
• Prioritize multiple data entry projects effectively while meeting established deadlines
• Analyze data for discrepancies and errors, reporting findings to supervisors for resolution
• Assist with general clerical duties including scheduling, appointment coordination, and database updates
• Maintain confidentiality and follow established security protocols when handling sensitive information
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Basic mathematical skills for numerical data entry and verification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous office or administrative experience
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs
• Knowledge of database management systems
• Certification in data entry or office administration
• Experience with document management systems
