Pariveda is seeking a Project Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team in the Corporate Services office in Dallas. This is a collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving role. You Can Expect To: Perform project setup in accounting system (SuiteProjects Pro and NetSuite) Prepare and issue client invoices Review client contracts and monitor compliance with company process Support the company’s time and expense process Participate in our revenue assurance process Assist in the bi-annual testing of our accounting system upgrades Work within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office Work with smart, humble, and supportive people We Look For: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, including billing, accounts receivable management, and revenue accounting Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines High level of attention to detail Superior analytical thinking A desire to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to collaborate successfully Strong organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with Excel Experience with SuiteProjects Pro and/or NetSuite preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or comparable experience Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship Pariveda Benefits: Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $64,900 - $87,800 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
