Salary: $165,000 - 242,000 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph.
• We are looking for someone with 12+ years of experience plus an advanced degree, or 17+ years of experience with a bachelors degree.
• You should have hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise software using modern languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• You should have experience creating RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• You should have experience integrating applications with relational databases, graph databases, or semantic data platforms.
• You should be familiar with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• You should understand Agile development methods, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• You should have experience using version control systems such as Git.
• You must be able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: experience supporting Object-Based Intelligence, the Intelligence Community, or Department of Defense mission systems.
• Preferred: experience developing solutions that use Semantic Web technologies such as RDF, OWL, SPARQL, knowledge graphs, or graph databases.
• Preferred: experience integrating AI/ML services, large language models, or advanced analytics into enterprise applications.
• Preferred: cloud-native development experience with AWS, Azure, or Red Hat OpenShift.
• Preferred: experience applying secure development practices aligned with Government cybersecurity requirements.
• Preferred: experience with event-driven architectures, message brokers, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Preferred: relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Red Hat Certified Specialist, Security+, or an equivalent credential.
• Preferred: experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and formal knowledge transfer to Government personnel or large multidisciplinary teams.

• We design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and microservices that support Object-Based Intelligence mission needs.
• We build APIs and backend services that connect enterprise ontologies, knowledge graphs, semantic databases, and object-management platforms.
• We implement solutions using Semantic Web technologies such as RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and graph-based data models to improve search, reasoning, and interoperability.
• We work closely with ontology engineers, database engineers, data scientists, analysts, and Government stakeholders to turn mission needs into scalable software.
• We design secure, containerized applications using modern engineering methods and cloud-native technologies.
• We integrate diverse data sources through RESTful APIs, messaging services, and data integration frameworks to strengthen enterprise knowledge management.
• We create automated unit, integration, and system tests and support CI/CD pipelines.
• We tune application performance, scalability, and reliability for high-volume mission operations and advanced analytics.
• We take part in Agile activities such as sprint planning, code reviews, technical design sessions, and backlog refinement.
• We prepare and maintain design documentation, interface specifications, API documentation, and technical implementation guides.
• We support AI/ML initiatives by building services that provide access to semantic data, knowledge graphs, and contextual reasoning capabilities.
• We provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to Government personnel and project team members on software engineering best practices.
