We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to engagewith homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value restoration projects.

• Base pay starting at $45,000 annually plus uncappedcommission

What You'll Be Doing

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customersand generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner tounderstand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions tosupport recommendations
• Present and sell restoration services including roofing,siding, and related exterior work
• Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance toconsistently improve close rates
• Work independently while managing time, routes, and follow-upseffectively

What You'll Need

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit (if required locally)
• Comfortable with physical activity including walkingneighborhoods and climbing ladders
• Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and officelocations as needed
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
