Scheduler

Scheduler Position

WSP is seeking a Scheduler to join our Project Controls team. This role will report to our client's office in Amarillo, TX 3 days per week.

Job Duties:

• Basic understanding of CPM scheduling, Earned Value Management, and Schedule Risk Analysis
• Reviewing contractor schedules for compliance with contract documents
• Tracking and verifying progress against baseline schedules
• Preparing schedule updates, progress narratives, and graphical reports (Gantt charts, histograms)
• Supporting "What-If" and recovery schedule scenarios
• Assisting with Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and claims reviews
• Developing planning schedules and resource/cost loading concepts
• Participating in schedule review meetings and collaborating with project teams

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in construction scheduling or related field office/inspection work (field experience is a major plus)
• Power and Energy experience is required
• Familiarity with any scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare clear written reports
• PMP, PSP, or completion of Primavera courses 102/106 is a plus
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or at any point in the future
